I got a 6 pack thats way tighter then his and i dont work out 1 sec. I just do sports and have fun. I think working out is for people who are ensecure. Sports is a great alternative. and it looks like he got no real cardio work. Get out the house breath some fresh air. get out ur basement. If you enjoy working out and u think its fun. then keep doing it. but i dont like it.
i woulda done all those in a row no rest 3 or 4 times
With a bod like that I wouldnt have problems geting women, at all!
