    Correction: Never make blanket statements about supplementation. Every body is different, and even the same body, at different times of life, has evolving nutritional needs. At 19, I would have been fine w/a multivitamin, but in menopause, I require many additional supplements to replace substances I’ve lost. DHEA, CoQ10, black cohosh, progesterone cream and many more supplements are now necessary, and no, I haven’t been “brainwashed by magazines.” I have been enlightened by research.
