but it sounds very well… so ou buy his book and you wont change anything…
there is one intellegent sentence:
nothing is without a price…
@ryanwll its dumbell chest press but he is not going at full range and he is keeping them vertical not horizontal…i prefer the dumbells to be held horizontal and through a full range of motion
thats a weird way of doing dumbel chest press??
just wanna add exercise #2 is flat dumbbell fly press not chest press
dont bend knees during deadlift if u have to do it slightly. come on geez
Thanks dude. I used to be into lifting seriously 8 years ago, but have fallen off the wagon. I’m going to try this out for 6 weeks to get back into training. Hopefully i get good gains.
Nicht wahr , ich esse max 1500 bis 300 khl am tag und baue auch fett auf xD
Just STFU and Train
so many myths and methods, you have to find what things work for you everyone’s body is different
3:47 – fockin throwing with a fockin rock … not wood chop exercise at all … original wood chops are for external obliques … this is only swinging with a piece of iron …no workout …. I hope it’s only a bad joke, dude …
Much agreed, although not optimal we cannot put down vertical loading as a main property of any muscle development program. The irritation is apparent because of ideas that development can only be achieved through horizontal loading, in which case, we know that is not the case.
Liquidz02, i think what most are getting at is that while this routine may be ..OK..its certainly nowhere near OPTIMAL. And this routine is actually the exact kind you’ll find peddled by crap magazines such as Mens Fitness. I’d sooner see a trainee (natural or assisted) on a routine such as the pull/push/legs routine i posted below…or Mark Rippetoes 3x weekly full body..or BETTER still, assuming the trainee has the required time in training, a DoggCrapp routine..DC Training ROCKS.
So people have marked down my routine psoted there when its generally regarded as one of the best around. Pull/Push/Legs is a proven classic. Deadifts are harder when fully deweighted on the floor as you diminish negative engergy built up from touching and going. A deadlift will be harder because, simply put, you have no momentum to aid in the pull. When fully deweighted on the floor you have to excert the maximum force to once again lift the load. I’d say Mark Rippetoe knows best on this
whose to say his deadlift technique is wrong… by not touching the ground hes actually making the move harder thus making the body work harder which equals more efficency… first off hes not anywhere near max, second hes keeping constant tension on the muscle groups involved… traditional “dead” allow you to rest on the group thus making it easier to some degree..
for anyone wondering. this is HST type training. you know, the three phases. you can read about it. its supposedly pretty good for hypertrophy purposes. google “HST training”
these exercises are all compound and help in increasing natural testosterone ! but i dont beleive that doing these would help someone to prepare for a competition !
I think this would be a good shock to the system but it’s not for beginners. Studies have shown that you gain more muscle with more rest in between sets (see last month Muscle & Fit mag) for beginners. However it’s still a good routine to stimulate the muscle and get some cardio in there.
on sie nie prostuje przy martwym ciagu…
Everyone putting this guy down is an idiot. He is doing a typical routine broken into 3 phases. Conditioning, hypertrophy, and strength.. There is nothing wrong with this routine and plenty can build natural muscle.. Plenty of shock with the routine since you increase weight as you transition into Hypertrophy and strength. Not all of us are on steroids and can spend months on hypertrophy and strength.. If ur the typical idiot reading Men’s Fitness stick to steroids.
Abs could then be added onto the end of your Friday workout…just 2 sets of 15 reps for hanging leg raises and 2 sets of 15 reps for weighted crunches…thats plenty for the natural bodybuilder…keeping the focus on increasing the weights wherever possible and never losing sight of the big three .
HotGymnast. No a Deadlift means fully DE-WEIGHTING the load on the floor hence the name..DEADlifting. This guys barely touch and going off the floor. Bad form. This routine would not be conductive to a good natural bodybuilding routine. A far better routine would be :Monday:Deadlifts, B/B Row, Weighted Pull up, B/B Curl..Wednesday:Flat B/B Bench, Incline D/B Bench, Military, Weighted Dip…Friday:Squats, Lunge or Leg Press. SLDL, Calf raise….all for 3 X 6-8 except calf raise 3 X 15.
hes almost deadlifting with his legs:P
WAt a hectic cunt.
@veron1975
Hes gaining real muscles, not ure fucking faggot bodybuilder muscles!
At the end of 6 weeks with such a training ure gaining not so much mass, but more real strength! Good for a fighter etc!
