    @OleVictor Eat helthy food, don’t eat too much fast food, or food you just have to warm up in ur oven and then it is finished, the best food you can eat is the food you make from bottom by yourself. Eat also a lot of meat, fruits (5 a day is good, like apples, bananas, pears etc) and a lot of vegetables at least 3 different sorts a day, this is the optimal you can do ;)

    Hey Brandon…I know you need inense cardio to burn off calories, but my question is do you work on your abs first, then hit the treadmill or hit the treadmill first then work your abs?

    practise. just set urself a goal. do 20 pushups everyday for a week, and then the next week aim for 22 everyday, work ur way up slowly.
