Posted in Gain Muscle on 03. Mar, 2010
I am a 26 year old woman, 3 kids and 100 lbs. Cant gain weight, been the same size since high school. Id like to get up to 130lbs. I dont want to get bulky, gain muscle, just some weight so I wont look sickly.

it can, anything will calories will help u gain weight. But its really for people who are lifting weights and wanna gain muscle. If u dont wanna put on muscle it seems like a waste of money, the stuff isnt cheap. Just eat more food, theres nothing in a weight gainer shake that u cant get from food.
For gaining weight your best bet would be weight gainer from gnc it has almost 1000 calories per serving and you can mix it in a shoak so that it taste better and itll have more calories that way. Its fairly cheap too.
I agree with these posts. Anything with calories can help you can weight, you probably have a fast metabolism and aren’t keeping up with it. Muscle Milk is expensive, it would be the most effective if you exercised and then drank it.
you need to stay away frrom all those chemicals in those products. try a natural product like onesource optimal nutrition. muscle milk and most of the powders have sucralose, aspartame, acesulfame potassium and other synthetic additives.
