can I take chocolate flavoured whey protein after taking creatine? can I take creatine with grape juice? If I would take 3 scoops of 5g separately per day that 15g/day, for how many hours should I take another scoop of 5g of creatine after taking the previous scoop?
The loading phase is not needed, it just fills up your depos faster, works just as fine without the loading phase.
What does the loading phase do for your body?
it all depends from what kind of metabolism you have. You see, creatine doesn’t have same effect on each person. You should wait until you are at least 18. But you can try it now, it cant be bad for you if you stick to the directions.
Hey, so i am 16 and i am looking at starting on creatine monohydrate. my friend takes it and has been taking it for about 6-8 months now and he is literally huge. hes like 5″10 and can bench 245. but the only thing is he has not followed any of the instructions of taking it, he takes 2 scoops before he works out and doesnt take it days he doesnt work out and doesnt cycle it at all
how bad can this be for him?
ive convinced him to listen to directions now though.

if i miss a day in the first 5 days (loading period) should i restart the loading period?
I thought you had to take 30g of carbs with the 5g of creatine for it to even doing anything? atleast thats what I have been told?
thanks for ansering….jsut a last question: when you say that amino acids will have no effect on my creatine intake…you mean i can take them in the same time that creatine and my creatine won’t be obstructed by amino acids to go into my muscle? i mean…finally to take both of them in the same time won’t delete the effect of these two products?

@cavolano Do a little research on the products you take, dont just take them an hope for the best, amino acids are constituant parts of protein certain amino acids do certain specific jobs within the body, they will have no effect on your creatine intake, and also your creatine intake especially if it is monohydrate is too low, you should be taking at least 5000mg or 5g but i reccomend takin 10g a day

@cavolano Yes protein is a food supplement, protein is the ‘food’ which our bodies uses for repair and growth, PROTEIN is the most important thing when obtaining your ideal physique.
doesn’t creatine just help rip your muscles up more during a work out so more Protien can be absorbed by your muscles?
Yes…because everybody know we must take protein after training…but, do we have still to follow this rule if we take creatin?

actually, i would liek to ask you something; i have heard it is good to take protein in the same time you take creatin…this is why, after my training to gym, i take 3000mg of monohydrats creatin and 5000mg of amino acids…is it too much to add amino acids? i think it is good..but maybe the amino acids quantity is too much?
