    i usually take a breath once i’m at the bottom. that works for me, i’m not sure how comfortable you would be with that.

    IS there a different way to deadlift for taller people? I have trouble getting it back to the floor without leaning over and bending my back

    An over hand grips is a good way to start, it keeps your shoulders aligned better. but when the waeight goes up the over/under will help you a lot

    I have trouble breathing in, while lowering the bar, duiring deadlift. Gotta do it while standing and then lower with breath held.

    I thought deadlift griping was supposed to be one hand over one hand under? That’s the way most of the power lifters seem to do it.
