How to build muscle in a short amount of time?

I’m 15, and I’m trying to build muscle fast, there isn’t any particular reason I just want to add muscle. What should I eat and how much should I workout?

As to how much you should do, you just need to do how much you can handle, you cant go over the top on that as you need steady change and always remember to control your appetite, A good diet will certainly help you not get flabby from all the work you are doing.
