I’m reading the reviews to help me diced if this is a right perches I am concerned with the actual movement , I believe any movement that your body dose naturally is accurate to be done in exercise like legs going forward backward, plunges, this is all associated with walking, but sliding your legs sideways, & ding it AT THE SAME TIME, your body can’t do that on its own, so it’s not safe, I definitely think it well cause stress on the knees spatially the inner part of the knee, it could cause knee problems in the future.

Its very hard. I can only do it for about 30 seconds at a time. There has to be an easier way!

I would have been happy with this item/merchant if all the pieces were included with my order. There were items that were suppose to be included that were not. For this reason, I would not order from again.

this product may be great for some but was just not for me. the shipping was super speedy. it was easy to assemble. however, i did ship it back and received a refund with no problems.
