I absolutely love the show! Being in middle school, it’s difficult to stay healthy and all into raw/vegan foods, and your show really inspires me!
Just one question, sure you’ve been asked this:
Aren’t you guys raw vegans? What about the honey?

Haha, it is a muscle and fat building recipe. Insulin from sugar, mixed with fats, and then of course complete protein – more insulin response, fat gets stored away! But he did add cinnamon which would lower the insulin levels. Still, I notice I tend to put on fat when I eat fruits with fat, unless it is a green smoothie with cinnamon in it, + fats afterwards
Next summer I’ll visit my inlaws in Turkey, I think I’ll be coming back with a suitcase full of figs and mulberries:)

1 bell pepper, orange or red
1 cup macadamia nuts(soak before using)
celtic sea salt
cayenne
blend all and you’ll get the cheese.
the noodles can be kelp noodles, or using a spiraler make zucchini noodles.
