you bring up such a good point: adequate mineral intake, especially calcium & magnesium are so important to muscle contraction & relaxation ability. Taking such a supplement before bed time can help fix ‘Restless Leg Syndrome’ as well. Thank you!

Thanks for all of the great advice.
I will have to try the Foam roller for my hamstrings.

I had muscle tightness issues for years. I tried chiro, physical therapy, massage, accupuncture and rolfing. I also tried fish oil.
They all helped to some degree but never got rid of the tightness or pain completely.
Finally about two years ago I went to a naturalpathic physician and she suggested I try taking magnesium supplements. Within about three months all the muscle pain and stiffness was gone.

I got to get me a tennis ball. I been getting crazy pain in my left shoulder from a knot, I can barely line up shots when im shooting hoops now. I hope this works well.

wear some compression sleeves or wraps on your arms for recovery, or even during training. Neoprene or made of CW-X material, or just an ACE wrap. You probably just need more recovery time – add in another rest day between training arms again!

always working to get better at getting to the point: seems like on Youtube you get 2 mins to make it. Every video improves a bit with my editing.

keep at it: knots tend to come back in the same spots…but eventually you’ll be more aware and break it down before it binds up too tight

    Jesus Bless you!!!!!!
I got out the knot on my shoulder with the tennis ball trick.

    Jesus bless you Bro.

I have muscle knots below my shoulder blades and it feels like the world is on my shoulders. When someone massages it my shoulder feels a million tons lighter.

  20. maxewiii says:

Hello Allicia: I’m not sure where you got the notion that a ‘masseuse’ (that is how you spell it BTW) peforms sexual favors but you couldn’t be more wrong. My wife is a practicing masseuse/therapist for 15 years and has never heard of this??! Look up the definition in any dictionary please:)

  21. msdevilgirl1 says:

hi my name is allicia and i am currently going to school to become a registered massage therapist. i would like to thank you for trying to encourage others on how to take carre of their selves. i would like to correct you on one thing, you mentioned about how there is a time and place for a masoose. please do not refer to us as a masoose. we are massage therapist. a masoose provides sexual massage favors.. once again i would like to thank you for your home care advice.
